Courses of reflexology can be booked to maximise on the benefits of reflexology as they increase with frequency of treatments. It is normally recommended that the treatments be had at least once a week, but the schedule can be tailored to the individual’s needs and availability.
At home…
Subject to agreement 60 minute treatments can be provided at your home, though depending on distance, a supplement may be added to the cost of the treatment to cover travel time and expenses.
Work and pleasure…
As well as home visits, reflexology is also available for treats at a party, at businesses and at corporate events.
