Susannah Nicol

Susannah Nicol is a Reflexologist who practices in Dulwich and the SE of London. Having worked in a stressful environment for many years, she recognised the huge difference reflexology made to her own wellbeing, and wanted to make a similar, positive difference to others.

By building up a picture of someone’s health and lifestyle, and from evidence provided by the feet themselves, Susannah provides targeted therapy tailored to the needs of the individual client.

Since qualifying at the Reflexology Academy under the highly acclaimed Hagar Basis, Susannah has completed further training in Reflexology for Stress, and Orthopaedic Reflexology. She is a member of Professional Reflexology (PR) and is insured.

The aim of reflexology is to bring the body back into balance, to support health and enhance a feeling of well-being. It can help with release of tension, aid relaxation, improve mood, and aid sleep. Reflexology works on the principle that the whole body is reflected by reflexes in the feet, and also the hands. By applying pressure to the reflexes, it aims to increase nerve stimulation and blood flow, or ‘energy’ to the corresponding areas of the body, so helping to restore equilibrium and increase the body’s own healing abilities. Through consultation and evidence provided by the feet and hands, clinical reflexology provides targeted therapy tailored to the needs of the individual client.

Since qualifying, Susannah has completed further training in Reflexology for Stress, and Orthopaedic Reflexology.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a non-invasive complimentary holistic treatment, promoting the following benefits:
